3Not as satisfied with this model as with other Price Pfister's in the house.Feb 08, 2008
I just installed this faucet. The install was smooth and easy as a faucet install could be. The first thing I noticed however was that this faucet did not feel as "substantial" as others. It felt more lightweight. I did not have any trouble getting the faucet to stay in place, with plumbers putty and tightening the nuts as per the instructions it sits on the sink as solid as a rock.

I flushed out the lines also per the instructions. I took off the aerator and let the water run on each side for a minute or two. I replaced the aerator, turned on the water and was not satisfied with how the water flowed out I don't mean in the pressure or rate of flow but in the stream itself. It does not have a nice solid bubbly flow like most new faucets have. This one acted like the aerator was dirty/clogged and some of the stream shot out sideways instead of straight down.
I tried some basic blowing out /cleaning and it helped enough in the water spraying sideways but the flow is still a bit choppy. Price Pfister pfaucets have a substantial aerator and the others in the house have a nice stream.

I am also having a problem with some noise (hammer?) in the sprayer. Some suggest there may be debri in the diverter valve. All in all it looks good but there are those annoying faults that leaves me not completely satisfied like I have been with other Price Pfisters.

4functional and easy to install Dec 02, 2007
The mesh on the aerator isn't very fine, so the water doesn't appear to have a great deal of pressure. But the unit was easy to install and didn't require any special "surprise" tools. If you buy used on amazon, the price is right.

I really enjoy my new faucet, the only thing I am having trouble with is the way the water comes out it sprays on the side but other than that it is great thanks for great products

4NiceOct 11, 2007
This faucet is really pretty. It was a great deal for $40. Price Pfister has a lifetime warranty so I will have it for a long time. The only problem was that I had no pressure on the hot water side when it was installed. Luckily my son is going to school to be a plumber. He installed it for me. He was able to take it apart and clean it. That fixed the problem.

5Quality at A Great PriceOct 07, 2007
We needed a good quality faucet at a reasonable price for a rental unit. We feel that if a tenant has good quality fixtures, they will respect the property better as a whole. We were very happy for this brand and style at this price. Thank you!
