Poor Long-Term DurabilityAug 13, 2008 We've had one of these for about five years. After about a year, the handle started falling off. We finally got it to stay on by glueing the handle on with GE Silicone II. Next, the rubber cover for the spray control on the pull-out started falling off. We finally gave up and left it off. It's still sitting in a drawer by the sink. Now the control assembly is leaking under the sink (all connections are secure--a plumber confirmed the control assembly is the problem). Now we have to decide whether to repair or replace. We're reluctant to repair it,because we have had so much trouble with it.
The pullout feature is awesomeJun 13, 2008 I have installed this faucet in my own house and consider it to be to the best investment in my kitchen. Since this purchase I have also added price pfister pullout faucets in my bathrooms as well. They are so handy and helpful in keeping things tidy and I love to wash my hair with it as well. Money wisely spent.

Pretty damn good!Apr 19, 2008 Let me be the tiebreaker here between the one good review and the one bad. This is a very nice faucet. Good looks, strong flow, handy pull down spray dispenser. The correct placement of the included counterweight should prevent any retraction problems with the pull down nozzle. I can't speak to the soap dispenser's effciency since I was satisfied with my existing one and left it in but I am very pleased with this unit and would recommend it.

Not worth the moneyFeb 01, 2008 We've had this faucet for about 2 months and I can't wait to get a new one. The handle is too heavy so if you can only use it with the water coming out full blast. If you try to use it with it producing less water, gravity pulls the handle down and it shuts off. The pull out sprayer goes back in very akwardly. It does not go back in by itself, you have to work it back into the opening. And the soap dispenser is junk. It's only redeeming quality is that it looks good.

The best kitchen faucet I've seenOct 03, 2006 This faucet is by far the nicest and most functional I've ever used (mine is now about 2 years old). The pull out sprayer is amazingly useful and really handy. After 2 years, no drips, no problems. I would have given it 5 stars except for 2 things: the included soap dispenser dribbles for days after you use it (and I've had it replaced once) and the sprayer is somewhat awkward because once you set it to spray, you have to turn off the water to stop spray and go back to a stream.
I'd still buy it again in a minute.
